All classes are taught by trained Black Belt Instructors.
Our Children Classes, for tots through juniors, are scheduled after school (Schedule Listed Below). Personal Lessons are available by appointment.
The Martial Arts are not just a sport but a method of acquiring self-control, respect, and responsibility.
The goals of this program divide into two sections. First the Tots 4 to 6 years old. We separate this age group from the older children and focus on preparing them for group activity, fostering the understanding of emotions and acquiring the ability to share and learn together.
Second the 7 to 12 year olds. This group, because they are a little older, learn that every emotion triggers an action, and how to best control this action. (Check out our testimonials page).
